IBI Behavioural Services is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Instructor Therapists to join our growing team.

 

We are currently hiring within the following areas:

Simcoe County: Barrie, Innisfil Bradford, Alliston, Angus, Tottenham, Orillia, Brechin

Additional Locations: Collingwood, Midland, Wasaga Beach, Bradford, Keswick, and Vaughan

Qualifications and Requirements:

Applicants must possess one of the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology

• Autism Behavioural Science Certification

• Developmental Services Worker (DSW)

• Child and Youth Care (CYC)

 

Additional requirements include:

• A reliable, consistent, and compassionate approach to supporting children and families

• Experience with IBI/ABA therapy (preferred)

• Willingness to work within home-based, community-based, and/or clinic-based settings

• Proof of Professional Liability Insurance, or willingness to obtain it

• All programs are clinically supervised and overseen by a Clinical Psychologist and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA)
